Consent & Communication Policy
How service consent, transactional communication, marketing preferences and electronic acceptance are handled.
1. Purpose-based Consent
Where consent is required, it is requested for a stated purpose. Consent for one service does not automatically authorise an unrelated activity.
2. Service and Transactional Communication
When you submit a request, we may contact you for verification, service fulfilment, status updates, security notices, payment information, document requests or support. These communications are connected with the activity you initiated.
3. Marketing Communication
Promotional communication is handled separately where required. You may opt out of optional marketing communication using the available channel or by contacting support, subject to reasonable processing time.
4. Credit Information Authorisation
A credit information request may require a specific declaration authorising use of the information provided for the requested report or related service. The exact declaration presented during the request forms part of the service record.
5. Electronic Acceptance
Where permitted, a checkbox, verification event, digital acknowledgement or electronic signature may record acceptance. We may retain the applicable policy version, timestamp and related request reference as evidence.
6. Withdrawal and Effect
Optional consent may be withdrawn where applicable. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed and may prevent continuation of a service that requires the withdrawn permission.
Policy Record
The version displayed on this page is the current public version. Where a service requires affirmative acceptance, the version applicable at the time of acceptance may be recorded for audit and dispute-resolution purposes.
