1. About Vinpree and Scope of Services

Vinpree Marketing provides and/or facilitates financial-service support, loan enquiries and applications, credit information and credit-support services, partner services, customer assistance and other related digital or assisted services.

Some services may depend on banks, NBFCs, credit information companies, payment institutions, identity or verification services, communication services and other authorised third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vinpree does not itself make a lender's credit decision and does not guarantee approval, pricing, sanction or availability of a third-party product.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting a service, creating or using an account, making a payment, or otherwise proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the terms and policies that are presented or linked for that activity.

Service-specific consent or declarations may apply in addition to these general terms. Acceptance of these general terms does not by itself replace any separate consent required for a credit information request, partner agreement, payment, communication preference or other regulated or sensitive activity.

3. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be legally competent to use the relevant service and must provide complete, current and accurate information. You must not submit another person's identity, documents, credit information request or financial information unless you are lawfully authorised and the required consent has been obtained.

You are responsible for reviewing information before submission and for promptly informing us if material information used for an ongoing request becomes inaccurate.

4. Loans and Third-Party Financial Products

Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee approval. Eligibility, interest rate, fees, tenure, sanction amount, documentation, disbursement and final approval are determined by the relevant lender or financial institution under its own policies and applicable law.

Indicative information displayed on the website may change. A final offer, sanction communication or contractual document issued by the relevant institution will prevail over general website information.

5. Credit Information and Digital Services

Credit information or related services may require identity details, customer authorisation, successful payment where applicable, and availability of the relevant credit information service. You are responsible for providing correct information and requesting information only for yourself or where you have lawful authority.

Credit information displayed or delivered may originate from a credit information company or other authorised source. Vinpree may format or present received information for convenient viewing, but does not independently create or alter the underlying bureau-reported facts.

A recently generated report may be reused during an applicable validity or refresh period instead of initiating a fresh retrieval. Availability of a fresh report may therefore be subject to a minimum refresh interval.

6. Payments, Charges and Billing

Where a paid service is offered, the payable amount and available payment method will be shown before payment. Payments may be processed through authorised payment channels. A successful payment confirms receipt of funds for the selected service but does not guarantee a lender decision, credit outcome or availability of an unrelated service.

If money is debited but the intended transaction does not complete, retain the payment reference and contact us. Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on the payment status, whether the selected service has already been initiated or fulfilled, whether a digital output has been delivered, and applicable law. Duplicate or failed payments are reviewed against transaction records. Please read the dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a paid service.

8. Communications and Contact Permission

When you submit an enquiry, application, support request or service request, we may contact you using the details supplied by you for service fulfilment, verification, support, reminders, status updates and related operational communication.

Promotional or marketing communication is treated separately where required. You may request that optional promotional communication be stopped. Service, security, transaction and legally required communications may continue where necessary.

9. Accounts, Credentials and Security

Where login access is provided, you are responsible for keeping passwords, verification codes and account access secure. Do not share security credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance or protection of customers and systems.

10. Prohibited and Unauthorised Use

You must not misuse the website or portals, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit false or fraudulent information, scrape or overload services, or use information obtained through our services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

We may decline, suspend or investigate activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms.

11. Third-Party Services and External Links

Some services depend on authorised third parties. Third-party websites, services and contractual documents may have their own terms and privacy practices. Vinpree is not responsible for a third party's independent decision, content or system that is outside our reasonable control.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict or modify a service, page, feature, eligibility rule or process for security, maintenance, legal, regulatory, operational or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of systems operated by third parties or of online services affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Intellectual Property and Branding

Unless otherwise stated, Vinpree-owned website content, design elements, branding, original text and software interfaces are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only where appropriate to identify relevant services or organisations.

14. Privacy, Data Use and Records

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and service-specific notices. We may maintain transaction, consent, support, security and service records where reasonably necessary for fulfilment, audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, legal compliance and legitimate business records.

15. Disclaimer and No Guarantee

Information on the website is intended to support informed use of our services and does not constitute a guarantee of loan approval, credit-score improvement, lender acceptance or any specific financial outcome. 16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vinpree will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from third-party decisions, customer-provided inaccuracies, unauthorised account use, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Indemnity for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a user may be responsible for loss or claims arising from their fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised use of the service, infringement of another person's rights, or deliberate submission of false information. This clause does not limit any non-excludable consumer or statutory right.

18. Force Majeure

We will not be treated as failing to perform an obligation to the extent performance is prevented or materially delayed by events beyond reasonable control, including major network or infrastructure failures, natural events, government restrictions or widespread third-party service disruption, subject to applicable law.

19. Complaints and Grievance Redressal

If you have a concern about service, payment, privacy or another matter, please use our Grievance Redressal process. Keeping your request, payment or complaint reference helps us investigate efficiently.

20. Changes, Versioning and Re-acceptance

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version, effective date and last-updated date will be displayed on this page. Where a material change requires renewed acceptance for a particular service, we may request re-acceptance before the affected activity continues.

21. Severability and Entire Understanding

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms, together with applicable service-specific policies, declarations, accepted consents and contractual documents, form the relevant understanding for the service concerned.

22. Electronic Records and Acceptance

Where permitted by law, electronic records, digital acknowledgements, verification events and electronically accepted or signed documents may be used to evidence a request, transaction, consent or agreement.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights and any applicable dispute-resolution requirements, disputes will be handled by courts or forums having lawful jurisdiction.
