Data Rights & Retention
How to request correction or other privacy assistance and how service records may be retained.
1. Requests About Your Information
You may contact us to ask about information associated with your service, request correction of inaccurate personal information, raise a privacy concern or make another request available under applicable law.
2. Identity Verification
To protect customer information, we may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a correction, access, deletion or similar request.
3. Correction and Updating
Where information maintained by Vinpree is inaccurate or incomplete, we may update it after appropriate verification. Information originating from another institution may need to be corrected with that institution or through the applicable dispute process.
4. Deletion and Anonymisation
Where legally available, a deletion or anonymisation request may be considered. Some records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, dispute-resolution or audit purposes.
5. Retention Categories
Retention may vary for service requests, payment records, consent evidence, agreements, support/grievance records, security logs and legally required records. We aim not to retain personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
6. Legal Hold and Disputes
Records relevant to an active dispute, investigation, complaint or legal requirement may be preserved until the matter and any applicable retention requirement are resolved.
7. Submit a Request
Submit a privacy or data request through our Contact Us or Grievance Redressal page, or email support@vinpree.com. Include only the information necessary to identify the relevant account or request.
